Brilliant Distinctions® Program
It pays to visit the Medical Spa at CNY Cosmetic & Reconstructive Surgery. In addition to rejuvenating your appearance, we can help make your visit more affordable. We are pleased to participate in the Brilliant Distinctions® Points Program offered by Allergan, the makers of BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM® injectable filler, and LATISSE® eyelash treatment.

How Does the Points Program Work?
Each time our registered clients from the Syracuse area have a BOTOX or JUVÉDERM XC treatment they earn points. These points can then be used to create a coupon that can be applied toward future BOTOX or JUVÉDERM treatments or used towards the purchase of LATISSE. The more treatments you have, the larger number of points awarded. Point awards per treatment increase as your treatment numbers add up.
How Do I Register for the Program?
To register for the Points Program simply visit the Brilliant Distinctions Sign-Up Page. To ensure your first treatment is counted under the program, be sure to sign up well before your first treatment in our office.
How Do I Earn Points?
After registering online, you earn points with each JUVÉDERM XC or BOTOX treatment at our Syracuse area practice. When you arrive for your treatment, let us know that you're a Brilliant Distinctions member. We'll take care of the rest.
What Do I Do After Treatment?
Once you have received your treatment, our staff will notify the program that you have received a treatment. The Brilliant Distinctions Program will email you a voucher with the points earned from your treatment. Please note that there is an expiration date on the voucher.
How Do I Get Coupons?
After you have at least 1 treatment under the program you can log onto your Brilliant Distinctions Account and view your points. To redeem your points, just choose how many points you would like to use and click "Create Coupon." Print this coupon and bring it with you to your next treatment. The amount will be taken off your treatment charge.
Do Points Expire?
Yes. Points are not added to your profile until after you redeem the voucher issued from your treatment. The expiration date of the voucher will be printed on the voucher you receive in the email. Once you have "banked" your points the program states that these points will remain active in your profile as long as you have either deposited or redeemed points within 2 years.
